She was predeceased by: her parents, Rodney Oroville Franks and Alta Marie Nebel; and her siblings, Lonnie, Bonnie, Forrest and Cindy.
She is survived by: her siblings, Kay, Rodney II and Charlie; her children, Tanya Parra and Manuel Parra; and her grandchildren, Alejandra Salazar, Peyton, Tenley and Hunter Parra.
