She was predeceased by: her parents, Theodore A. Gately and Adalyn M. Gately (Redwine). She is survived by: her children, Joseph M. Kazmierczak (Elizabeth Kazmierczak) of Wernersville, Theodore M. Kazmierczak, Jr. (Patricia Kazmierczak) of Boyertown, Pamela J. Messner (Kazmierczak) of Berks County and Deborah L. Goodman (John Goodman); her stepdaughters, Debra A. Fisher (Greg Fisher) of Exeter Township and Sharon L. Eckenroth (Robert Eckenroth) of Robesonia; and her brother Robert L. Gately of Kutztown. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to Christ Community Church Building Fund 566 Mohns Hill Road, Sinking Spring, PA 19608 or Mercy Community Crisis Pregnancy Center 105 South 5th Street, Reading, PA 19602 in memory of Mrs. Theda E. Kazmierczak.
