She was predeceased by: her parent Demetrius Melniczek; and her siblings, Anna Vlasak, Michael Melniczek, Mary Wilson, Helen Dukeman, Kathryn Hurt, Olga Hojnowski and Stephen Melniczek.
She is survived by: her parent Theresa Melniczek (Tacyn); her spouse Peter Fuoco; her children, Rosemarie E. Miller (Green Hills), Peter T. Fuoco (Jo A.), Robert J. Fuoco (Sherri) and Lisa A. Fuoco (Shillington); her brother John Melniczek; and her grandchildren, Matthew Miller (Meghan), Christopher Miller (Karen Li), Keath Puller (Stacee), Laura Peter (Michael) and Katelyn Crowley.
