Hickam (Exeter, California), born in San Jose, California, who passed away on October 19, 2018, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his sister Dorothy Meaders of Three Rivers. He is survived by: his parents, William Henry and Leola Belle Hickam; his wife Shirley of Exeter; his daughter Gretchen of Visalia; his brother Bill Hickam of Placerville; and his brother-in-law Charles Meaders of Lindsay. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
