It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard M. Hartman (Exeter, California), born in Reading, Pennsylvania, who passed away on January 29, 2019, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Mahlon H. Hartman and Margaret A. Hartman (Hummel). He is survived by: his children, Richard M. Hartman, Jr. (Deborah A. Hartman) of Blandon and Debra A. Hannahoe (Rodney D. Hannahoe) of Exeter Township; and his stepdaughters, Linda A. Christel (Dennis W. Christel) of Reading and Cynthia L. Stamm (Larry Stamm) of Reading. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren.
