She was predeceased by: her husband Earl "Tom" Leroy Hiester; her parents, David McConnell and Alma "Mickey" McConnell (Bell); and her brother David McConnell. She is survived by: her children, Tommy Lee Hiester (Deborah) of Shillington and Cheryl A. Youse (late Earl L. Youse, III); her grandchildren, Jeffrey Columbo, Alyssa Helmick, Theresa Youse, Jessica Kochel, Sheldon Hiester and Shane Hiester; her brother Dennis McConnell (Cynthia) of Exeter Twp; and her sister-in-law Willifen "Sugie" McConnell.
