He was predeceased by: his parent John H.. He is survived by: his spouse Christine E. Leitham (Henne); his parent Aldona Leitham (Goletz); his children, Stephen J. Leitham of Reading and Michael J. Leitham of Elizabethtown; his grandchildren, Tyrion and Arya; his brother John V. Leitham of Philadelphia; and his nephew Richard Leitham.
