He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles C. Fullmer and Helen M. Fullmer (Sheef); his daughter Karen Denise; and his sister Suzanne Saxton. He is survived by: his wife Joanne M. Fullmer (Miller); his children, Daniel K. Fullmer (Ann) of Downingtown, PA and Kristi D. Lopuski (Jan) of Douglassville, PA.; his grandchildren, Derek, Nathan, Kirsten and Emily; and his great grandchild Mia.
