He was predeceased by: his parents, Vaughn Lewiston and June Lewiston. He is survived by: his children, Casey (Marylynn), Troy and Tammy (Daggs-Rees); his close friend Sheila; his sisters, Sue and Sandy; and his grandchildren, Elena Lewiston and Hayden Rees. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, friends.
