He was predeceased by: his parents, Lincoln Shook and Pearl Shook; and his son Warren Shook. He is survived by: his wife Caroline Shook of Ramona, CA.; his daughter Christine Savage; his grandchildren, Eric and Amanda Savage; and his great grandchild Addison Savage.
