She is survived by: her husband Kevin Wacker; her sons, Michael and Robert Ratliff; her siblings, Alicia Sanchez Hunt, Terence and Keith Caldwell; her mother Rachel Caldwell; her aunts and uncles, Ramona Tellez, Richard Rios, Larry Rios, Raymond Leon, Louie Herrera, Rosa Rios, Maria Rios and Alice Rocha; her nieces and nephews, Ashley Hunt, Rachel Brown, Justin Hunt and Billie Brown IV; her grandchildren, Kevin, Athena, Gabe and Daza; and also Billie Brown.
Most recently and for the past 12 years she was the Senior Buyer for the Palomar Community College four campuses and did the job on a solo bases from home for almost a year during the pandemic and a year past.
