She was predeceased by: her parents, Ricardo Otero and Rosalina Otero; her siblings, Carmen, Theresa and Richard; and her husband Wilfredo Zamora.

She is survived by: her sisters, Mary, Rose and Cecil; and her children, Elizabeth, Richard, Jeffrey, Cindi, James and Dean.
