She was predeceased by: her parents, Guadalupe Robles and Adalberto Robles; and her brother Mario Romero. She is survived by: her grandchildren, Jessica, Noah, Abigail, Samantha, Ricky, Alexandro, Issac, Isabel, Natalia and Xavier; her siblings, Beto Robles and Maria Lousia Gonzalez; her children-in-law, Daniel Gonzalez, Renee Romero and Alyssa Romero; her adoptive son Fred; and her daughter Maria Santos. She is also survived by cousins, godchildren, nieces and nephews, aunts and uncles.
Norma worked as a bus driver for the North County Transit Center and retirement homes and as a bus driver for the San Diego Aids Foundation.
