She was predeceased by: her parents, Misko Yako and Toma Somo; and her daughter Gazou Yako. She is survived by: her children, Habib Markouz, Latifa Marcus, Najah Marcus, Sabah Marcus, Waleed Markouz, Intisar Yaco, Nidhal Marcus, Nawal Marcus and Andre Marcus; and her siblings, Shamoun Toma Somo, Katrina Toma Somo, Rachina Toma Somo and Ainsa Toma Somo. She is also survived by 18 Grandchildren.
