He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard Kolb and Mary Ruth Kolb; his brothers, Francis Cordell Kolb, Chester Kolb, George Neal Kolb, Len Kolb and Leonard "Sunny" (Sister Erlene Hibdon); and his son James Marcel Kolb.
He is survived by: his wife Brenda Lee Kolb; his daughter Lynn Marie Garcia (Moises); and his grandchildren, Michelle Lee Garcia, Chris Ryan Garcia and Vanessa Marie Garcia.
Viewing was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Alhiser-Comer Mortuary (225 S Broadway, Escondido, CA 92025). A graveside service will be held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Rincon Reservation Cemetery.
