He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Fred Ferber and Mae Ferber; his wife Jean; his daughters, Lynn Duncan (Wally), Julie Ferber and Karen Leininger (Chris); his grandchildren, Nick, Jon, Avery, Jack and Kate; his great grandchild Nicholas; his sister Mary Lord; and his nephew Richard Lord.

Donations can be made to St. Timothy's Knights of Columbus in John's name.
