He was predeceased by: his father Robert Beukelman. He is survived by: his mother Judy Beukelman; his siblings, Ann Marie Beukelman and Steve Beukelman (Joanne); his niece Jessica; and his nephew Jacob Beukelman.
In lieu of flowers, Dan requested donations be made to the University of California San Francisco - cancer research.
