It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gina Buban of Encino, California, born in Centerville, Iowa, who passed away on March 12, 2021, at the age of 50, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Anthony Alfred and Judith Marie Buban (Sacco); her grandparents, Emery, Norma Buban (Guzzi), Charles and Mary Sacco (Valentine); her aunts and uncles, Frances "Fanny" (Pete Kauzlarich), Dorothy Martin, Joe Wetmore, Jasper "Jappy" Sacco, Paul (Mary Sacco), Tom (Betty Sacco) and Robert "Bob" (Gwendolyn "Candy" Sacco); and her cousins, Donna Jean Sacco and William Robert Sacco.
She is survived by: her brother Michael (Heather MacLennan); her niece Chayse Richman; her aunts, Mary Ann Wetmore of Centerville, IA and Joann Lasley (John) of Moline, IL; and her uncle Gary Sacco (Donna) of Moravia, IA.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to American Cancer Society, Preservation Hall Jazz Band of New Orleans, LA, Save Our Stages, and World Central Kitchen.
