“I was so sad to hear of the passing of June. I used to spend my free time from the U,S. Navy while I was stationed the USNaval Hospital at Balboa Park. His family became my second family. It broke my heart that such a lovely person left too soon. His wife and family will not know me, but his sister Rose and brother John and his parents Nana and Tata were my second parents. I loved the whole family. My condolences to his wife and children and grandchildren. Jeannie Suhmann nee Tipon.”
