He was predeceased by: his parents, Max Levin and Dorothy Levin; and his sister Claudia Andrews. He is survived by: his wife Jessica Fuhrman; his sons, Daniel (Kim) and Samuel (Rachel); his sister Deborah Levin-Alastra; the mother of his children Jessica; and his grandchildren, Ansel and Noah. He is also survived by two nieces and two nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Operation Smile or Doctors without Borders, causes that Richard found particularly moving in his lifetime.
