It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Leslie Robert Zimmer of Encinitas, California, born in Sacred Heart, Minnesota, who passed away on January 5, 2021, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Zimmer and Gladys Zimmer (Oslund); and his siblings, Jerry, Rosemary and Gene.

He is survived by: his wife Alice "Ali" Johnson; and his children, Steve (Julie) of Stillwater, MN, Anne (Tom) of Encinitas, CA, Bob (Jill) of Brooklyn Park, MN, Pat (Peggy) of Rogersville, MO and Tom (Kerry) of Ames, IA. He is also survived by seven great-grandchildren.

It is the request of the family that donations may be made to Our Savior's Lutheran Church in Sacred Heart, MN.
