She was predeceased by: her parents, Florence Giles and George Giles; and her husband James William Tincup (Bill). She is survived by: her siblings, Florence, Jean, Peggy, Bud and Georgie; and her children, William Tincup (Karen Stroh), Bonnie Tincup (Bruce Barker), Mary Tincup and Peggy Anne Tincup. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren and one great great grandchild, along with many step grandchildren and step great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, you may donate to Rancho Coastal Humane Society in Cathleen's name.
