She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Walter Bohnnan and Myrtle Bohnnan of Bear Creek, Arkansas.; her sister Gladys; her son Jackie K Mathis; her nieces and nephews, Elton Judd, Ron Mathis (Jeri), Glen Judd (Lorna), Gary Judd, Johnnie Sue Blaty (Mark) and Judy Treat (Doyle); her grandchildren, Jill Standboge (Micheal), Tim Fenzel, Shawn, Margaret Slotte, James Martin, Chris and Laura Gerrard-Slotte; her husband Billy K Mathis; her daughter Judith Carlsson; her grandson David; and also Orvin.

In lieu of flowers the family asks that donations to be made in her name to the Ukiah Volunteer Hospice.
