It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rosario Rodriguez of Elk Grove, California, born in Brownsville, Texas, who passed away on February 25, 2024, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Florencio Galvan and Julia Galvan; and her siblings, Ruben Galvan, Rudolpho Galvan, Florencio Galvan Jr. (Floyd), Raquel Makos and Rosa Lemon.
She is survived by: her sisters, Rebecca Brizzee and Ruth Duncan; her children, Richard Rodriguez, Edward Rodriguez and Maria Magdalena Sayson (Ernie); her grandchildren, Ana Craft (Brian), Elijah Sayson (Anisa), Jesse Clendenen and Carli Clendenen; and her great grandchildren, Claire Craft, Karis Craft, Victoria Craft, Isaiah Sayson and Micah Sayson. She is also survived by many nephews, nieces, and friends.
