He was predeceased by: his parents, Guillerma Velasco and Jesus Velasco; his wife Luisa Velasco; his sisters, Elvira, Mary, Anita, Lupe and Charlotte; and his son-in-law Jimmy.
He is survived by: his children, Isabel, Anna and Fernando; his grandsons, Evan (Katie) and Jerit (Samantha); his great grandchildren, Isabella, Zahra, Jianna and Ashby; and his brother Richard. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
