As Ranulfo Arrabaca departs from this earthly realm, his essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Ranulfo Arrabaca may no longer walk beside us, his spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Ranulfo Arrabaca leaves behind.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Ranulfo Velez Mendoza Sr. and Expectacion Arrabaca Mendoza; his wife Fe Mendoza; his daughter Maree Fe Mendoza; his son-in-law Churchill Polo; his grandchildren, Trisha Faye Polo, Tauriel Faye Polo and Ranulf Shaun Mendoza Polo; and his caregivers, Clarence and Nikki of Sacramento's Emergency Room.
Visitation was held on Saturday, December 21st 2024 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM. A celebration of life will be held on Monday, December 23rd 2024 at 1:00 PM at the East Lawn Elk Grove Memorial Park (9189 E Stockton Blvd, Elk Grove, CA 95624). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, December 24th 2024 at 5:00 AM at the Philippines.
