She is survived by: her husband Theodore Rowe; her children, Theodore Rowe Jr. (Chanel) and Sarah Willey (Chad); her grandsons, Noah Mannion, Nicholas Rowe and Wesley Rowe; and her siblings, Fredrick Gover (Ginger), Gary Gover, Timothy Gover (Diane), Thomas Gover (Susan), Melva Gover and Kimberly Gover. She is also survived by many nephews, nieces, and cousins.
