He is survived by: his wife Sharon; his children, Shakira and Morris II (Renalyn); his siblings-in-law, Gerilyn Zeigler, Assemblyman Jim Cooper (Kristen) and Kevin Cooper (Samantha) of Elk Grove, California; and his siblings, Charles Pleasant and Vickie Lee. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, family, friends.
