She was predeceased by: her parents, Jinhichi Hayashida and Kimiye Hayashida; and her siblings, Mary Imai, Yoshiko Hamada and Robert Hayashida (Kiyo Mizukami).
She is survived by: her daughter Pam; and her siblings, Kim Diaz, Fumi Shigetoshi, Toyo Castellano (Ruth), Cathy Wullschleger and Alan Hayashida.
