She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, George Roby and Elsie Roby; her husband Richard E. Mayes; her children, Robin Mayes of San Francisco, Richard Mayes (Sandy) of Folsom, Jane Bassett (Jeff) of Galt and Mark Mayes of Elk Grove; her grandchildren, Justin Mayes (Shannon Fears), Carrie Lamb (Paul), Elizabeth Bassett (Reuben Guerrero), William Bassett (Alexa) and Zachary Mayes; and her great grandchildren, Ryan, Madison Mayes, Ella Lamb and Charlotte Bassett.
