He was predeceased by: his wife Virginia "Sue" Dunlap; his parents, Beatrice Dunlap (Dee Berry) and Robert Dunlap Sr.; and his brothers, Robert Dunlap Jr., Jerome Dunlap and Reynauld Dunlap.
He is survived by: his children, Crystal Dunlap of Elk Grove, Kendra Dunlap (James) of Santa Cruz, California and Nyenbeku C. George of Sacramento, California; his siblings, Lynette Boykin (Marvin) of Gulfport, Mississippi and Leon Dunlap (Gwendolyn) of Gulfport, Mississippi; his sister-in-law Carolyn R. Dunlap of Gulfport; and his extended family Fred Harris (Sandy) of Sacramento, California. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, family and friends.
A celebration of life was held on Wednesday, February 5th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the Sacramento Memorial (6100 Stockton Blvd, Sacramento, CA 95824).
