She was predeceased by: her father Dr. Leland Schmidt. She is survived by: her mother Bernice Schmidt; and her siblings, Karen V. Schmidt-Provencher (Charles) and Kevin L. Schmidt (Julee). She is also survived by nine nieces and nephews, and a great-nephew.
