She was predeceased by: her parents, Dorothy O'Neal and Ernest Arnold. She is survived by: her daughter Tina Penner; her grandchildren, Amanda Scheatzle (Minot), Jordan Garcia and Kaitlyn Ford-Mowles; and her great grandchildren, Zoe Scheatzle (Minot) and Evie Scheatzle (Minot).
A graveside service was held on Wednesday, January 29th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Graves Cemetery.
