With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Gordon Ray Hondorp (Elk Grove, California), who passed away on July 6, 2024 at the age of 88. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the vast expanse of eternity, Gordon Ray shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Gordon Ray farewell, his loved ones carry with them the precious gift of his memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry and Hazel; and his sister Carol. He is survived by: his wife Mary Lou; and his children, Kim Lubich (Mark) of Galt, Greg Hondorp (Marilyn) of Grand Rapids, Paul Hondorp (Jennifer) of Bowling Green, Kentucky and Kara Link (Gary) of Elk Grove. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren.
