He is survived by: his children, Edmund Paul Palacio, Lalaine Hollman and Edmundo Palacio Jr.; and his grandchildren, Marc Allen Palacio, Charles Keith Hollamnn and Danielle Nicole Hollmann. He is also survived by loving nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life was held on Friday, February 21st 2025 at 1:30 PM at the East Lawn Elk Grove Memorial Park (9189 E Stockton Blvd, Elk Grove, CA 95624).
