He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Cooper and Gertrude Cooper (Hill). He is survived by: his wife Carol of Elk Grove; his children, Laurie Starha (Scott) of Sweet Home, Linda Cooper of Sacramento and Christopher Cooper (Betsy) of Ventura; his grandchildren, Josh, Nicole, Megan and Natalie; and his sister Joyce Dahlquist (Dallas) of Sacramento. He is also survived by his wife, children, grandchildren, great grandchildren and many other family and friends.
