He is survived by: his wife AmyAnn Rupp (Temple) of Utah; his children, AveryAnn, Kate Caroline, Lauren Lue, Camille Dixie and Grant Brooks; his mother Mary Lue; and his siblings, Curtis (Janet), Richard (Jill), Scott (Ann), Ron (Trisha), Rob (Tina), Jennifer Forsberg (Dave) and Rebecca McDaniel (Dean). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
