He was predeceased by: his parents, Gloria Vasquez and Fred Luchico; his former wife Elsa; his brothers, Eduardo and Victor; and his grandson Joseph.
He is survived by: his wife Lydia; his children, Elizabeth (Robert), Anthony (Lanie), Fermina (Alvin), Gloria (Matthew), Mark (Maria) and Victoria (Caleb); his grandchildren, Kaitlyn, Angelique, Andrew, Isabella, Leanna, Lauren, Dominic, Olivia and Alyssa; and his siblings, Joe (Mel), Fred (Mercy), Rosario (Oscar) and Theresa (Sam). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
A funeral service will be held on Friday, December 27th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Herberger Family Elk Grove Funeral Chapel (9101 Elk Grove Blvd, Elk Grove, CA 95624). A reception will be held on Friday, December 27th 2024 at 4:00 PM at the same location.
