He is survived by: his parents, Modesto Gutierrez and Elvira Gutierrez (Flores); his wife Socorro Cano; his children, Kimberly Gutierrez, Mariela Meza, Betty Gutierrez, Chayo Gutierrez and Tony Gutierrez; and his siblings, Adrian, Rafael, Jesus, Yolanda, Eva, Dionisia and Teresa Gutierrez. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren.
