He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Fischbach and Patricia Fischbach (Stanley); and his brother Steven. He is survived by: his wife Cathleen Palmer; his daughters, Sarah Fischbach of Berkeley, CA and Nicole Edwards of Orangevale, CA; his siblings, Timothy (Tom Helfrich) of Dixon, IL, Jeffrey Fischbach (Maureen) of Sterling, IL, Peter Fischbach (Jan) of Sterling, IL, Susan Davis (Steve) of Orangevale, CA, Wesley Fischbach (Karen) of Roseville, CA, Sally Keder (Kirk) of Como, IL, Christine Smith of Brookfield, IL, Karen Conboy (Sean) of Sterling, IL and Karol Guzzardo of Sterling, IL; and his grandchildren, Eli, Aaron and Ruby.
