It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mary Belle Mills of El Dorado Hills, California, who passed away on October 29, 2019, at the age of 99, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Clifford Mills and Mary Jane Brock Mills; her husband James Alvin Dollar; and her siblings, John Quinton Mills, Bertie Mae Mills Martin and Frances Mills Stoutamire-Maples.
She is survived by: her son Hugh Raymond Dollar (Janet); her grandchildren, Jennifer Dollar Eisenberg (William) and David Alan Dollar; and her great grandchildren, Erika Eisenberg-Mallery (P. J.), Alida Mary Dollar and Dean Coleman Dollar. She is also survived by her many nieces and nephews.
