He was predeceased by: his brother Richard M. Locke. He is survived by: his mother Nancy T. Locke of Wilmington; his sister Connie Quigley of South Portland; his brother-in-law Jon Quigley; his brother Bruce Locke; his sister-in-law Jennifer Moss; and also Leonard G. Locke. He is also survived by nephew, three nieces, and their six children.
