It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Evelyn Smith Dixon Blair of El Dorado Hills, California, who passed away on December 31, 2022, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Milton Smith and Estella Hill Smith; her husbands, Billy Virgil Dixon and William Skeen Blair; and her brother Ronald Smith.
She is survived by: her children, Michael Dixon (Deidre), William Dixon (Toni), Catherine Lund (Steven) and James Dixon (Kieu); and her brothers, Leon Smith (Suzanne) and Donald Smith (Linda). She is also survived by nine grandchildren, and seven great-grandchildren.
