He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles William Harris and Evelyn Amelia Harris. He is survived by: his wife Emily Nack Harris; his siblings, Wanda Maxey, John Alan Harris and Eugene Harris; and his children, Richard Harris, John Harris (Roxann Harris), Trisa Knight (Michael Knight) and Donald Churchman (Stephanie Churchman). He is also survived by 19 grandchildren.
