He is survived by: his former wife Mabel Ard; his children, Cassandra, Frederick, Tanya Charisse (Terry), Ruth, Kyle (Pat), Frank III (Krystal) and Fred; his grandchildren, Keesha Allen Brown (Fernando), Kyle James Jr., Jalisa Banks, Terry Hendricks II, Kyliauna James, Frank James IV and Ayvah James; his great grandchild Nadia Brown; his niece Nicole Watson-Richards; and his great-niece Star Rodriguez. He is also survived by other nieces, nephews, cousins, family and friends.
