He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Ly Wing Jou and Lau Sai Lan; his wife Koy Hour; his children, Siov Kheng (Bruce Nguyen) and Uy Seng (Rafi Burns Ly); his grandchildren, Nathan, Meghan, Nicholas, Kai, Cario and Rio; his brother Ly Chi Thi; and his sister-in-law Koy Kieng. He was also cherished by his sister-in-law and two nephews in Shanghai; his 2nd sister-in-law, two nieces and one nephew.
Due to COVID-19 restrictions, we are limited in the number of attendees.
