He is survived by: his children, Rose Mary Rodriguez (Jose), Luis Jose Leyva-Mexicali, Ricardo Arturo Leyva (Maribel Padilla), Fernando Leyva (Peter Barron) and Claudia Irene Castro (Jose); his siblings, Socorro Ibarra (Mexicali), Alfredo Leyva of El Monte, CA and Ernesto Leyva (Mexicali); and his grandchildren, Luis Antonio, Daniela Susana Rodriguez-Mexicali, Tatyana Vanessa, Alexander Jacob Castro, Juan Ochoa and Fernando Ochoa-Camp Pendleton. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
