He is survived by: his children, Jesus "Jesse", Jose "Joey" (Fabiola) and Griselda (Victor); and his siblings, Luz Maria Silva (Enrique), Catalina Valtierra, Teresa Lerma, Irma Acuña (Francisco) and Carlos Leon (Rosa). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
