She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Hugh Marvin Foster and Carrie Lou Rachels. She was also cherished by her three children (David and his wife Judy of Clovis, California; Darrell and his wife Patty of Ferndale, Washington; and daughter, Debra, of Henderson, Nevada), five grandchildren, five great-grandchildren, a sister and a host of friends.
