She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Imperial Valley and W. H. Graham; her husband Hugh Lyon; her son Ted; her grandson Craig; her sister Elaine; her sons, Steve (Darlice), Jeff (Cheryl) and Dana (Carol); and her daughter-in-law Diane Lyon. She was also cherished by her boys were all in high school, Barbara developed working friends as a bookkeeper at American Linen in El Centro and Fritz Kuhn Ranches near Seeley, eventually finishing her career with her sons.
